Library Thing, Library Thingy =p
Do you see any practical applications for LibraryThing either at home or at work? Will you start using this site?
I think its really great for The Calgary Public Library to use as a reference if a customer asks what the rating and the popularity of a specific book, we can definately use this to find that out! So its great for work and also it provides the following:

Books you'd like to read

-Favorites
... any collection you want

Fantastic recommendations
Common Knowledge (characters, places, awards)

I shall use this website indeed for book rating and book comments if a customer asks me what I think of a book.

Online Productivity Tools Are Totally The Future!
Do you see free online tools like these eventually replacing expensive software like MS Office?
-I can totally agree that eventually online tools like google calendar and google doc will replace expensive software like MS Office.
-The use of online tools will be cheaper and efficient, as an example, Google Doc, Google Doc will be cheaper as it will be free and you wont ever have to buy a flash drive to save your files. Efficient because all your documents will be easily accessed on any computer online.
It will soon all be easily online and free! Nobody can say no for free stuff!

YouTube! YouTube! YouTube!
YouTube is the most amazing website ever!
Why? Simply just because:
1. You can search music videos instead of downloading or buying an album.
2. Can watch tutorials on almost anything if you need to know how to do something.
3. Most of the time you can search up popular tv shows, and they would have it.
4. View almost about anything you can imagine.
5. It for everyone to use, very user friendly
6. Variety of things to watch or listen: comedy, music, interviews
Is it not simply the most amazing website ever! I think so!

Were you able to successfully set up your RSS feed?
Yes I was able to do so, RSS feeds helps me to get the latest hockey updates on www.calgaryflames.com and www.nhl.com.
If you were successful, does this make information-gathering more convenient for you?
Yes this makes information-gathering of my latest hockey updates convenient for me, because all the hockey updates are organized to the date they were posted. I can find all these updates and keeps me on track, even if I missed a previous post, I can still catch up.

What do you like about the Google product?
-Google Earth is the most amazing program, it lets you fly around the world just by you sitting in front of your computer screen.
-Contains business information of where you want to visit.
-Lets you explore the scenary to see if you want to experience it in real life for your next vacation.
What do you dislike?
-Its nothing but spectacular!
Would you recommend the product to friends and colleagues?
-Google Earth is not an application to be kept secret, it will be shared to my friends, family, and colleagues.

Fantastic Facebook!!!
For you, is Facebook useful or a time-waster?
Facebook is quite useful for me, the reasons you might ask, well here they are:
1. Helps me keep in touch with friends that are studying in another City.
2. Informs me of friends and family birthdays coming up.
3. Allows me to post photos or notes that I can share with my friends and family.
4. Has many useful applications all on Facebook.
5. Almost everything is at the tip of your fingernails on Facebook!

Crazy Wikipedia!
How easy or difficult was it to find articles that needed editing? Were the errors you found factual or grammar / spelling?
If you have a bright imagination with alot of topics you like to find, it is quite easy to find a topic and find some mistakes about that article. ( Searched hockey related topics)
The errors that I found were that some topics were very vague in information and some minor grammer mistakes.

What do you hope to learn from CPL 2.0?
